CP training is about guiding you through a continual process of physical and mental development – resulting in improved performance. Our services cover all things relating to training, nutrition and mindset, we work to each of our client’s needs. There is no ‘one size fits all’ – it doesn’t work.
CP training uses a wide range of disciplines and methods to keep both body and mind challenged in a variety of ways. We work with your goal in mind and ensure that sessions are updated regularly to keep motivation high.
We track and monitor your progress in individual sessions and over time so you can see your progress. Whether you’re working towards a particular event, coming back from injury or just need a fresh start, we’ll work with you to get you where you want to be – often much further.
