Train with us
Classes are based indoors during the winter and predominantly outdoors in the summer at Batchwood Sports Centre in St Albans.
Classes are programmed in 4-6 week cycles and the structure is usually broken down into mobility, preparation, build and finally sweat. Classes take place on Tuesdays at 6.15 am.
Capacity is kept to a maximum of 8 attendants allowing more 1 on 1 coaching and individual focus helping you to get the most from each session. This is important as learning to execute things in the correct manner will serve you best.
It’s important that you feel group training is right for you, therefore, why not try your first session for free.
Dennis, in my opinion, is a very knowledgeable coach. I have attended his classes for almost a year and they have helped massively with my triathalons, shoulder health and allowing me to perform on a daily basis.
