Each of the elements have unique assessments which provide the underpinning of exercise programming.

A comprehensive movement screen follows, analysis of posture, motor function, strength and balance are measured. This distinguishes physical limitations and how to safely program around or improve those limitations.

An understanding of work capacity fulfils the client assessment. This provides an insight into physical and mental responses, allowing effective design of energy system development.

Through our comprehensive assessments at the start ensures that nothing is left undiscovered. This helps to gain valuable data and provides a solid starting process. Once all of these are completed a personalised programme is delivered alongside the training. These programmes are updated roughly every six weeks to make sure training stays novel and includes nutritional guidance. Nutritional programming is also available at an additional cost. If you want to share the cost of training, semi private personal training is also an option.
